Alcatel-Lucent Posts $3.8bn Q4 Loss

Alcatel-Lucent has reported a net loss of 2.6bn euros ($3.8bn) for the fourth quarter ended December 2007, against a net loss of 618m euros ($899m) in the year-ago quarter. Revenue of 5.23bn euros ($7.6bn) rose 20% sequentially and 18% year-over-year.
