ACS Seeks More Time for Rival Bid

Affiliated Computer Services is hoping to hold out for better offers than the $6.2bn bid announced by Cerebus Capital Management and ACS founder and chairman Darwin Deason, whose exclusivity agreement to negotiate with ACS kicked in on Friday. In a statement, the services firm said it is now in talks with Cerebus and Deason to continue the suspension of the exclusivity agreement.  Full story »
