Pac-West Telecomm Files for Chapter 11
Pac-West Telecomm, a provider of broadband communications services to service providers and small and medium-sized enterprises in the western United States, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The Stockton, California-based company filed a voluntary petition for Chapter 11 at the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Full story »
